FERMOY TOASTMASTERS

Welcome to the Fermoy Toastmasters Club.

Serving Fermoy for 39 YEARS

  • Fermoy Toastmasters Club is part of Toastmasters International - a vast organisation dedicated to a Communication & Leadership advancement for its members.

  • Members complete Speech Programs which advance their speaking skills and self-confidence over time.

  • Toastmasters is both a Social Club as well as a Night Course.

We foster friendship as well as self-advancement in a warm, entertaining atmosphere. Our name "Toastmasters" can be misleading - erroneously giving the impression of a snobbish clique of "wafflers". Instead we are local Farmers, Teachers, Housewives, Businessmen, etc. There is nothing pretentious or elitist here. We just help people overcome the fear of Public Speaking while among friends. We also encourage people to develop Leadership Skills as they progress through our learning program.
